Food is (and should be) central to any trip to Mexico, let alone Oaxaca, and the options can be overwhelming without a bit of guidance. After nearly a full year of calling Oaxaca home, I was asked by Eternal Expat to pull together a list of my favorite Oaxacan cuisine-focused restaurants in Oaxaca.
